Norway Health Tech strengthens the team and hires Tone Torstensen as COO and Lucie Meltzer as international advisor.

Torstensen previously worked as Country Lead in Eli Lilly Norway and CFO for the company’s Scandinavian and Northern European divisions. She most recently comes from the role as head of finance and business development in the Solar Energy Cluster.

– We are a member-driven cluster, and work every day to create value for our members. Tone will have the primary responsibility for ensuring follow up of our members in the best possible way. She will also become a valuable contributor to the strategic work with a sustainable business model for the cluster, says Lena Nymo Helli, CEO of Norway Health Tech.

Meltzer has worked for 10 years in private businesses in France, Norway, as well as in the USA and Germany. She most recently comes from a role as project manager and grant advisor at the Norwegian Refugee Council. Meltzer speaks fluent French, German, Norwegian and English, and her skills range from marketing and communication to project management.

– I am very happy to have Lucie in place with us. She possesses valuable expertise about our international target markets, particularly the USA and Germany. Around half of our member companies are export companies, and even more have ambitions to enter new markets in the coming years. Lucie will play an important role so that we can build a strong and sustainable ecosystem within Norwegian health technology, says Helli.
