How we do it
The service is tailored to the needs of each organisation and may include benefits realisation mapping, cost–benefit assessments and impact analyses.
Norway Health Tech Lab works closely with the organisation to define objectives, involve relevant stakeholders and collect objective evidence from users, professionals and decision-makers. The service is primarily based on qualitative insights, such as user experiences and lessons from implementation, to provide a credible picture of the solution’s impact.
Output
The results are compiled into a structured report that validates key benefits, builds trust among customers and investors, and serves as a practical tool for marketing, sales and strategic decision-making.
