Karoline is a project manager at Norway Health Tech, where she works with testing, development, and internationalisation.
She coordinates a Nordic test network and has extensive experience from test projects with start-up and scaling companies in e-health and medtech. Karoline has particular expertise in test methodologies such as simulation and usability testing.
With a background as a nurse, she has clinical experience from both specialist and primary healthcare. She also holds a master’s degree in change management and has additional education in user participation and organizational psychology.
