Norwegian pavilion and a comprehensive programme at Vitalis 2026

Norway Health Tech er tilstede på Vitalis - en av Nordens største møteplasser for digital helse og velferdsteknologi

Eleven Norwegian companies will come together under one pavilion when one of the Nordic region’s leading meeting places for health technology opens its doors in Gothenburg in May. Norway Health Tech is organising the pavilion, creating an arena where Norwegian solutions can connect with Nordic decision-makers, healthcare services, and potential partners.

Vitalis – the Nordic region’s largest meeting place for digital health, health technology, and welfare technology – will take place in Gothenburg from 5 to 7 May 2026. Norway Health Tech will participate with a Norwegian pavilion and a comprehensive programme, using the event as a concrete tool in its international efforts, with a particular focus on the Nordic market.

– Vitalis is one of the most important Nordic meeting places for digital health, says Trine Radmann, Head of Internationalisation at Norway Health Tech.

– Here, our members meet the market, the healthcare services, and public authorities in one place. This creates a very different starting point for dialogue, partnerships, and further growth than isolated meetings.

Norway Health Tech organises the Norwegian pavilion and enables Norwegian companies to present themselves collectively in an international market. The shared pavilion increases visibility and makes it easier for visitors to gain an overview of the breadth of Norwegian health technology.

– When companies stand together under a shared pavilion, it strengthens both the individual company and Norway’s position as a health technology nation. It lowers the threshold for international dialogue and makes Norwegian expertise more accessible, says Karoline Mokleiv, Project Manager at Norway Health Tech, who is responsible for coordinating the Norwegian presence at Vitalis.

The Norway Health Tech team, represented by Trine Radmann, Karoline Mokleiv, and Kari Anne Dehli, also took part in Vitalis 2025, where several Norwegian companies gained strong exposure to the Swedish market.

Programme throughout the week

For Sveinung Tornås, who takes up the role of CEO of Norway Health Tech on 1 May, Vitalis will be an important arena early in his international work. He will take part both in the exhibition and in the event at Norges Hus, meeting member companies and partners in a Nordic context.

On Tuesday 5 May, the Norwegian pavilion will be officially opened in the exhibition area, with representatives from the Royal Norwegian Embassy in Sweden in attendance. The opening will take place at 12:00.

Later the same day, Norway Health Tech, in cooperation with the embassy, will host a networking event at Norges Hus in Gothenburg. The event will bring together Norwegian and Swedish stakeholders from the healthcare sector for professional presentations, a panel discussion, short company presentations, and networking.

It is still possible to register for the networking event at Norges Hus. For more information, please contact Karoline Mokleiv.

On Wednesday 6 May, the “Made in Norway” session will take place on the Vitalis stage. During the session, companies from the Norwegian pavilion will present their solutions through short pitches, demonstrating how their technologies address real challenges in healthcare services and contribute to better patient care. Representatives from the Norwegian public healthcare sector will also share their perspectives on what happens when new health technology is successfully adopted.

– These meeting places are at least as important as the exhibition itself. This is where many of the valuable conversations take place – about needs, solutions, and collaboration across borders, says Radmann.

Part of the cluster’s international efforts

Norway Health Tech’s international activities are largely project-funded, and Akershus County Council funds the cluster’s work targeting the Nordic region.

Vitalis is a clear example of how this work is carried out in practice: bringing stakeholders together, building meeting places, and opening doors to new markets. For members, participation is about visibility, learning, and access to relevant networks—in a market where the Nordic region is often a natural first step internationally.

The following companies will exhibit at the Norwegian pavilion at Vitalis 2026:

ExAc · Youwell · Calpro · Sonitor Technologies · Pling · Medbric · Ledidi · Vidd Medical · Synplan · Grasp · Respinor
