We need our members’ experience
NOU 2026:12 One Health Service will provide an important basis for the Norwegian Government’s further work on the new health reform. The committee, chaired by Gunnar Bovim, has considered how Norway can ensure more integrated and sustainable health and care services.
The report addresses several key issues, including how health and care services should be organised, governed and financed, how responsibilities and tasks should be divided between municipalities and specialist healthcare services, and how cooperation with private sector actors can be organised. These are issues that directly affect many Norway Health Tech members.
We need our members’ experience
Norway Health Tech will submit a joint consultation response, and we want our members’ experience and perspectives to be a central part of this work. We therefore invite members from both the public and private sectors to contribute. You do not need to comment on the entire report. We are particularly interested in concrete experiences, challenges and opportunities that you believe should be addressed in the cluster’s consultation response. We have created a short form where you can share your views with us.
The deadline for submitting input to Norway Health Tech is 5 January.
About the consultation
The Ministry of Health and Care Services launched the public consultation on NOU 2026:12 One Health Service on 2 November. The Ministry is seeking views on the committee’s assessments and conclusions, and contributions may also address issues beyond the specific recommendations in the report. The official consultation deadline is 2 February 2027.
