Therese leads communications in Norway Health Tech. She is also responsible for the cluster’s activities in the Stavanger region.
Therese holds a master's degree in Management and Entrepreneurship from Brunel University London. She joined Norway Health Tech from Norwegian Smart Care Cluster, where she primarily led the work on internationalisation and growth for the cluster's member companies. She also brings experience from working with early-stage health tech companies at Validé, where she served as incubator manager for health and developed EIRAccelerator – a programme tailored specifically for health tech companies.
Therese holds overall responsibility for shaping and communicating the cluster's voice externally – through member stories, newsletters, social media, and events that create arenas for innovation and collaboration. A key part of her role is also to position the cluster as a central player in the national and regional ecosystem for health innovation, as well as representing the cluster's interests in policy processes and public debate.
