Michael is a co-founder and partner of Peri & Stewart, LLC, and concentrates his practice in the areas of corporate law and real estate, including ownership dispute resolution. He has had significant experience in mergers and acquisitions, international business transactions including U.S. Export Control regulations, Foreign Corrupt Practices Act and trade issues.

Michael is a graduate of the college at the University of Chicago with an A.B. in the Biological Sciences. He also holds a J.D. from the University of Pittsburgh School of Law where he served as Executive Editor of the Journal of Law and Commerce and published articles at the Journal.
