About the project
Targeted market access program to support increased internationalization, growth, and export of Norwegian health technology companies to Germany and the UK.
Objectives
In the earlier market access programs (MEP 1.0 and MEP 2.0), Norway Health Tech has worked to strengthen competence and knowledge about these markets and their different healthcare systems, procurement regulations, regional and national pilots, information about and access to tenders, as well as platforms for networking, matchmaking, and experience sharing. Through continuous and systematic work, NHT has developed a concept for how to efficiently build networks, map and engage with various stakeholders in the UK and Germany, resulting in signed contracts with customers. This work continues, while the focus in MEP 3.0 will be measurable value creation through increased revenue in the UK and German markets.
- Gain solid and credible customers in the respective countries through targeted 1:1 follow-up tailored to each company’s strategy
- Increase their value creation
- Contribute to the development of networks where Norwegian health technology companies can share experiences and knowledge both formally and informally
