Karoline is a coordinator for the Nordic test network and works as a project manager within test and development projects. She has experience from a number of test projects with start-up and scaling companies in e-health and medtech, and has expertise in various test methodologies such as simulation and usability testing. Karoline is a nurse and has clinical experience from specialist and primary healthcare. She has a master’s degree in change management as well as education in user participation and organizational psychology.
