Lena is an experienced leader and pharmacist with over 25 years in the international pharmaceutical industry.
She holds a pharmacy degree from the University of Oslo and Germany, and has held leadership roles in both research and commercialization within global pharmaceutical companies. She has worked out of Norway, the Nordic region, and Germany – where she led a large team. Today, she holds several board positions, including chair of the board at a Norwegian healthcare enterprise. Lena is passionate about addressing major healthcare challenges and about strong leadership that creates direction and collaboration.
