Chelsea began her career within a private practice dedicated to digestive and liver disease, where she specialized as a Hepatology PA working cross-functionally to treat patients with acute and chronic disease; supporting clinical trials; managing severe weight-loss programs; and training clinical and didactic-PA students. In the US, Canada, UK, Australia, and New Zealand, a PA is a nationally certified / state licensed clinical practitioner who evaluates and treats patients on the medical model of a physician.

After relocating to Oslo in 2009, she spent several years as General Manager of Norway and Senior Vice President of Commercial & Market Strategy for the digital health / medical imaging company, AMRA Medical. Today, she is the CEO of and life science strategist behind C. Ranger Consulting; Program Director for Nordic Life Science Days; Program Committee Chair for Nordic Life Science Investment Day; External Consultant for The Life Science Cluster in Norway; and Partner Manager for the Oslo-based mixed-reality and medical imaging startup, HoloCare.

Chelsea holds a B.S. in Pre-Medical Studies / Pre-Health Biology and a Master of Health Sciences in Physician Assistant Studies.
