Program
The program includes:
- Lunch, 11:30 – 12:00
- From Procurement to Implementation: How public sector actors can use different procurement methods to drive innovation and ensure optimal use of health technology.
- The Cost/Benefit Toolbox: A practical walkthrough on how to evaluate cost versus benefit in health technology projects.
- Strategy and Financing: How to develop plans and secure funding for the implementation and scaling of technology.
All participants will receive a handbook and work in groups on a case, applying the toolbox in a realistic scenario.
