Health2B Open: From pilot to scale-up
About the event
Many promising digital health solutions get stuck in the pilot phase – and never move beyond it. Aleap and Norway Health Tech invite you to Health2B Open to address exactly this challenge: what does it take to break through the “glass ceiling” and achieve real scaling in the Norwegian health system?
Description
Through the sharing of experiences from start-ups, hospitals and public support systems, we address key questions such as: How can we establish a more systematic process for moving from pilot to scaling? What characterises a strong business case? How can we navigate regulatory processes, procurement and cost–benefit assessments? And what can we learn from those who have actually succeeded?
