Elen Høeg is the Head of Health2B – an innovation arena in health established by Norway Health Tech, Oslo University Hospital, and Oslo Science Park.
She holds a master in Pharmacy from the University of Oslo and has extensive experience in the pharmaceutical industry, working across R&D, manufacturing, policy, and access. Before joining Health2B in October 2023, Elen spent four years at the global public-private partnership CEPI (Coalition for Epidemic Preparedness Innovations), where she played a key role in the global COVID-19 pandemic response through policy and partnership efforts to develop and distribute vaccines.
Elen is a passionate life science advocate who believes that partnership and co-creation are essential to develop effective solutions and frameworks for innovation and implementation.
