Arild is the COO of Norway Health Tech, with extensive experience in cluster operations, management, sales and consulting across both large corporations and startups.
Arild is also the Chairman of the Board at HealthCatalyst AS, Director of Health at Validé AS, and a member of the HelseOmsorg21 Council. Since 2014, he has built up the health cluster Norwegian Smart Care Cluster, which as of January 1 2025, merged with Norway Health Tech. He holds a Bachelor with Honours in Business Organisation from Heriot-Watt University in Edinburgh, and has experience as a leader, sales professional, entrepreneur, and consultant in companies such as IBM, Datus, iSolutions, Metier, and Eskaler, as well as serving in numerous boards.
