    What is TelluRespons?

A fully integrated system for alarm and response centers, seamlessly integrated with mobile solutions.

    Solution TelluRespons?

TelluResponse is a module in the TelluCare system that covers all forms of alarm management, individually tailored monitoring for each user, and follow-up routines, both before, during, and after an alarm situation. The solution is designed to connect to all forms of response equipment, from fall alarms and mobility sensors to video and monitoring technologies and fire and hazard alerts. In cases where TelluResponse is used together with TelluVisit and TelluVision, the module functions in many ways as a hub in the entire TelluCare platform, where everything is linked together.

    Effect TelluRespons?

TelluResponse is developed in Norway in collaboration with Norwegian municipalities and healthcare professionals, and can be easily adapted to third-party equipment, local conditions, and specification requirements. Security is high; all servers are located on Norwegian soil, and continuous development is carried out by Tellu's own specialists. TelluResponse offers one unified workspace for all technologies, situations, roles, and response actions. It is staffed by people, supported by technology, and provides invaluable help to both healthcare professionals in the field and the people in focus. And it does so unparalleled: ALARM TRIGGERED: The response center automatically displays all relevant information about the alarm trigger: name, address, alarm history, medical information, special needs, messages from relatives, and more. PRIORITIZATION: Alarms can be prioritized or routed to operators with specialized expertise. The operator speaks with the user to clarify the situation. If the matter cannot be resolved over the phone, home care services, ambulance services, or relatives are notified. LOGGING: After the call, the incident is summarized in a journal note that is automatically transferred to the Electronic Patient Record (EPR). Secure notes also become available to relevant healthcare professionals who follow up with the user afterwards.
