Manual disinfection depends on the person doing it. Time pressure, fatigue, and hard-to-reach surfaces all create gaps. Resistant bacteria like MRSA and pathogens like norovirus exploit exactly those gaps. Decon-X designs and manufactures disinfection robots built for healthcare. Our flagship product, the DX1, is an automated room disinfection system that uses dry fog hydrogen peroxide to treat an entire room in one autonomous cycle, reaching surfaces no cloth or spray can reliably cover. The process is validated to EN17272:2020, approved by the Norwegian Medicines Agency, and leaves no harmful residue. We work with hospitals, nursing homes, and rehabilitation centers across Norway. Our customers use the DX1 disinfection robot to protect patients, reduce outbreak risk, and give infection control teams a measurable, documentable process they can stand behind. Disinfection should not depend on who shows up that day. With automated room disinfection, it does not.
