Seminar: Work and Inclusion for Youth (15–25 years)

Norway Health Tech bidrar på fagdag for arbeid og inkludering for unge mellom 15 og 25
Drammen Kulturhus

About the event

Helsehub is pleased to invite you to an inspiring regional seminar and workshop on work and inclusion for young people aged 15–25.

Description

Ungdata shows that the municipalities in the HelseHub collaboration (Drammen, Lier and Asker) are in the red zone on the indicator measuring young people who are outside work and education. This highlights a shared challenge that calls for closer regional collaboration across education, municipalities and NAV, as well as business and the voluntary sector.

With this seminar, we aim to bring together stakeholders working with young people aged 15–25 to share experiences, learn from what works, and explore how we can collectively strengthen pathways into employment, education and meaningful activity. The ambition is to build a common understanding and take small, concrete steps towards more inclusive solutions for young people in the region.

The day will begin with professional presentations, regional examples and panel discussions, featuring contributions from municipalities, NAV, businesses and the voluntary sector. We will highlight experiences, knowledge and concrete measures aimed at helping more young people enter work, education and activity.

After lunch, we will move into interdisciplinary workshop groups to work more practically on collaboration, best practices and preventive measures in the follow-up of young people. The day will conclude with a joint summary of key insights and the next steps for regional cooperation.
