This in-person seminar will discuss preparation, management and closing of EU collaborative projects, focusing i.a. on:
- Internal preparations for the project and negotiations of grant agreement and consortium agreement
- Administration and governance of the project, including keeping records and securing payments
- Managing risk on control and ownership of IP
