The workshop on IP Tactics for AI Innovators in Healthcare is an initiative from Dehns, one of Norway’s best-known and most highly regarded intellectual property firms. Organized with the support from Norway Health Tech, Aleap and NORA, as well as the EU-funded projects, SMILE and NEMONOOR, this event aims to share knowledge, experience and insights about using Intellectual Property tools to build and keep control and ownership of AI-based innovations during the R&D and commercialization phases, with a particular focus on collaborative projects.

We encourage AI innovators and users to join us in this discussion, and together, we can outline pathways to practical and effective protection for AI systems during their development and deployment in healthcare.
