Bronken assists Norwegian and foreign companies in all sectors with general employment law assistance and conflict resolution. Bronken has extensive experience in collective and individual labor law, and pension law. He has special expertise related to labor law issues in connection with mergers/acquisitions and restructurings.

Bronken keeps frequently lectures on employment law topics, and is involved as an examiner and tutor at the University of Bergen.

He regularly litigates before Norwegian courts within his areas of expertise.
