Markus is founding partner of i2D Partners, a market intelligence and strategic advisory company specialized on supporting Nordic companies with business interests in Germany. He has over 20 years of experience in strategic business and organisational development and has helped clients in a variety of sectors such as industrial equipment, electronics, public safety, and MedTech. Markus particularly enjoys working with healthcare-related assignments and is even working as a volunteer paramedic.

Having lived in Scandinavia for many years, Markus is passionate about supporting Nordic companies manage the strategic, operative, and cultural challenges of a market entry in Germany.

Markus earned a master’s degree in Political Science at Ludwig-Maximilians-University in Munich and started his career as a market intelligence professional at The Boston Consulting Group (BCG). Today he also works as a professional business coach and, whenever possible, likes to apply coaching techniques to his work with clients.
