Dr. Anders Øverby has a research background in biotechnology and medical biology. He lived and worked as a researcher in Japan for 3.5 years, but he now works with management and facilitation of projects at Kongsvinger University College. Dr. Anders Øverby is also head of a national research network focusing on Norway-Japan cooperation.
