 November 5th, at 10.00 a.m. in Texas (UTC-5) and 17.00(CET) in Norway

The COVID-19 (C-19) pandemic has demonstrated a crucial need for increased international cooperation. There is constant demand for C19 solutions and products that can remedy or counteract the consequences of the current pandemic and mitigate any future crises that are related or may arise. Due to the pandemic, extraordinary circumstances call for answers and rapid development in response.

Furthermore, there is strong political support in different parts of the US and Norway for increased cooperation within research, innovation, development and commercialization. Health technology and e-health have been pinpointed as areas that both countries want engagement in. In addition, Norway already has a strong innovation ecosystem for developing health-related technologies.

Norway Health Tech and the Covid-19 pandemic

The pandemic will end, even though we do not know when. The only thing we know is that life as it was before the pandemic, has changed. More than 38 million people have contracted Covid-19 and more than 1 million have died.

Life and the way we work and socialize has changed tremendously in 2020. Norway Health Tech has reacted to the pandemic by driving changes and collaborations to ease the consequences. We do so by offering a digital platform with Covid-19 solutions delivering high-tech solutions and services that – basically – save lives, reduce worries and money.
