Nordlys AI is a newly started company that was founded in September 2024 and placed in Oslo. The company
focuses on delivering advanced IT solutions and products with integrated artificial intelligence (AI) to the Norwegian
market. Our services include consulting, skills development, system development and implementation of IT
solutions designed to optimize business processes and increase efficiency in healthcare. By exploiting the potential
of AI, Nordlys AI wants to contribute to the Norwegian healthcare system and achieve better results and create
more value for society.

Nordlys AI is in the process of developing an innovative EHR-system, Nordlys Journal, aimed at municipalities, GP
and clinics. The existing EHR systems in Norway are outdated and have difficulty accepting the latest technology.

The existing EHR systems do not have integrated artificial intelligence into the system and one cannot take full
advantage of the technology’s opportunities such as more accurate diagnostics and optimal patient care. Several
of the EHR systems try to connect external AI solutions to EHR systems, without the same effect. There may be a
risk of integration problems, compatibility may be reduced with several external actors. At the same time, it limits
the possibility of further development of EHR systems, since the technology is not built-in, but connected to the
EHR system.

Existing EHR systems don’t act as an assistant to the doctor and therefore cannot save the doctor time or provide
the patient with more accurate treatment. Inefficient EHR systems cannot prevent disease and have thus not
reached the potential for beneficial effects on the economy.

Nordlys AI is managed by of experienced people with deep insight into the Norwegian healthcare system and have
knowledge of the mechanisms in the industry and a strong motivation to lift the healthcare system with the latest
