Production in Norway

21 November
12:00 - 15:30

Toppsenteret, Forskningsparken

The  health industry is one of the fastest growing industries in Norway, with an annual growth rate of 10-12%. In 2017, the health industry exported for NOK 23.6 billion. About half of all Norwegian healthcare companies have production in Norway, and 96% of all health-related exports come from companies with commodity production in Norway (source: Menon Economics 2018) The market has a huge growth potential and we have only seen the beginning.

The goal is to inspire Norwegian healthcare companies to produce in Norway, and increase the knowledge of economically efficient production in Norway.

The clusters NCE Norway Health Tech and NCE Raufoss will with this seminar, highlight what is needed for production to be efficient, safe, reliable and profitable in Norway. We will facilitate introductions for production companies and the health industry with a purpose of stimulating to dialogue.

We invite you to an eventful afternoon with a full-featured program for:

  • Small and large and healthcare companies developing products and product elements
  • Production companies
  • Design or production services
  • Those who want more knowledge and expand their network within Norwegian production work

At the end of the seminar there will be match making. Participating production companies will be published as soon as possible.

For design, development and production companies (providers): You are invited to pitch and have a stand, as well as match making. This costs NOK 1000,- for members of Norway Health Tech or NCE Raufoss and NOK 2000,- for non-members.
