Arnar Kristjansson


Arnar has 14 years of global experience from entrepreneurship, product development, product management and consulting within multiple industries. He is an analytical and strategic thinker, with proven results, as well as being passionate about transforming technology into commercially viable products.

His academic background consists of: PhD in Engineering Design (product development) from NTNU with a focus on product platforms, Economics Engineering (which is equivalent to Mechanical Engineering, Operations Research, Business Studies) at the Technical University in Berlin as well as Master in Production from Chalmers University of Technology in Sweden. He wrote his thesis at the Massachusetts Institute of Technology (MIT) in Cambridge, USA on the topic B2B eCommerce.

He has also worked within numerous industries both as a consultant and in fixed positions such as, COO and Global Product Manager for Medtech companies, Business Development Engineer for an O&G Company, Associate within investment banking and Supply Chain Manager for an offshore company. He has had a SaaS startup within customer value analysis. He has coached Product Management as well as pricing strategy courses at the BI Norwegian Business University, where he has for several years been an external examiner for MSc and BSc subjects within entrepreneurship.
