The EEA Grants and Norway Grants represent the contribution of Iceland, Liechtenstein and Norway to reducing economic and social disparities and to strengthening bilateral relations between Norway and 15 EU member countries in Central and Southern Europe and the Baltics.
One of the key areas of support is the programme “Business development, Innovation and SMEs”. The programme will be officially launched in May 2018 and a call for project proposals for the component Welfare Technology/Ambient Assisted living is scheduled to take place early June. Bilateral partnership projects where private entities in Bulgaria prepare and execute projects with Norwegian partners are very much encouraged. For the event in Sofia/Bulgaria early June a information workshop/match making event will be prepared/travel grant offered inviting Norwegian companies/institutions to take part in order to establish partnership projects. Innovation Norway is appointed to be the Fund Operator.
A similar programme with a component (Welfare technology/Ambient Assisted living) will later in the year be launched in Poland, Estonia and Slovakia.
Norway Health Tech, in cooperation with Innovation Norway, has the pleasure to invite you to participate in a workshop in Oslo on 19 March 2018, Monday
The objective of the workshop is to inform about business opportunities between the Norwegian and Bulgarian business in the frame of the program. Participants will learn about business possibilities within the sector, Bulgarian experts from the health sector will be available to meet with potential interested Norwegian companies.
